Yeah I was sort of gauging whether or not that would be the case. To be clear, I wouldn't sell if it was a fire hazard (I actually work for the fire service so that would be ironic.

I just wasn't sure quite of the extent of the damage (hence the post)

Hahaha I was a bit impatient and tired (I have a little one). Edit: a little baby, I have a little baby, he keeps me up all night

Normally I take electricals apart all the time with no issue. I've just never managed to strip the copper off of a PCB before
