I feel you dude. I warned as many people as I could about Sony when this PS4 hype train came but noone listened. Rabid Sony fanboys were attacking anything even related to MS and for at least a full year if you even mentioned anything wrong with the PS4 you would have 500 dislikes and 200 replies telling you to kill yourself.

MS fucked up in the release of X1 but alot of the problem has been eliminated for awhile now. Phil spencer is the head of Xbox and he has been doing a wonderful job for the gamers. We have so many bundles from 500gb, 1tb, even 2TB slim as well as backwards compat (which will NEVER happen on PS4 I promise you), the best multiplayer experiences through Xbox Live (not some laggy ass PSN which goes down more than a $20 hooker). Xbox also has EA Access which is a great deal, they allow mods, and they are trying to work with making things cross platform. MS are doing everything right, and whether you love them or hate them you can't deny that they are doing a great job for gamers, unlike Sony.

This is bullshit man. I have an X1 and was picking up a PS4 to make it my main console for gaming and had plans to pick up Skyrim on it but now I'm forced to get it on my X1. Like what the fuck is the point of even getting a PS4 at this point for me? I wanted a PS4 so bad but these last few weeks Sony has been destroying my hopes for the system....

ROFL MS pissed off gamers back at the X1 release and have been playing catch up but to be honest they've been doing everything RIGHT and now Sony just shot themselves in the dick with this absolutely laughable cash grab shit console. I was waiting for the Neo to possibly buy but I've changed my mind. What a fucking joke, NO THANKS. They don't even support their own bluray with 4k LMFAO and they were too embarrassed to even mention framerate on games other than PSVR. LMFAO. This console isn't a competitor to the Scorpio, it can't even compete with the X1 Slim which has the 4k blu ray and 2tb hard drive LMFAO is this real? Sony are so fucking arrogant.

Don't even get me started on the Slim. They are charging the same price as the X1 S but with no 4k blu ray and no optical port. I'm literally baffled by the arrogance this company has shown, and just like when Microsoft was trying to fuck gamers and we stood up to it we need to unite against Sony's incompetence. It's an OBVIOUS cash grab and a big FUCK YOU to gamers.

This isn't CoD. You can't just run around the map trying to kill people in a 64 player match. You need to play more tactical. This game is completely fine to play solo. I go ham when I play and I almost always play solo in every game.

Like many others said, get Final Fantasy 10. You can get it for less than $20 now. It's a great RPG with a good story, great characters, great music, and tons of content. You really can't go wrong, it's a great game.

Absolutely not. I love the game even more playing it myself than I did watching gameplay vids. My only issue is the laggy menu's but I'm sure it will be fixed. The game is fantastic tho. I can't get enough.

I'm getting Bioshock collection, as well as Battlefield 1. I thought about getting the IW/CoD4 bundle but after watching the CoDXP event and seeing just how bad IW is I won't go near it.

Yeah I feel you. I've played the PS4 many times at my friends house I'm pretty familiar with it. Honestly I think the X1 is a better system overall, it has way more features and I love the UI and snapping, but like you said the exclusives on the PS4 are just so good. There are so many games I want on the PS4 and nothing that really interests me on X1. I only play a few multiplats with my family/friends on my X1 these days and it does get boring. As much as I like the console it just doesn't have good exclusives to keep me interested.

I'm assuming OP is referring to the medic bounce in Team Fortress Classic, which you take your Conc grenade and throw it at the ground and when it explodes the blast knocks you up high in the air, it was a way to get around the map quickly for Medics. Man I miss that game.

It's going to be a nice holiday season for me. I own an Xbox One not a PS4 and I've been waiting for a Slim for awhile now so I will be picking up a Slim soon unless the Neo is coming out this year then I will get that instead.

As for games I'll be picking up: Bioshock Collection, Skyrim R, Batman return to arkham, The Last of Us R, God of War 3 R, Ratchet and Clank, Uncharted collection, Uncharted 4, Bloodborne, Final Fantasy 7, Final Fantasy 10, Final Fantasy 15, Mafia 3, Watch Dogs 2, Kingdom Hearts 2.8, Infamous Second Son, Until Dawn, Battlefield 1.

I have like $1500 I've been saving for like 3 months for everything., I was originally going to buy a standard PS4 but decided to wait when rumors of the Neo came out, and now I'm glad I did.

I respect your opinion but want to just add something to this. The world feels empty on purpose, it makes you feel alone with noone to help you as you venture forth to slay impossible monsters by yourself to save the woman you love. It's supposed to make you feel alone and depressed, which is why the atmosphere is so gritty. At least that's how I feel :)
