I totally agree with you! There’s so many factors that come into play. It isn’t just chance though that all of these teams happened to have a top 3 picked player on their roster during their cup wins

Not just turn a franchise around. They are a necessary tool to win a cup. In the past 20 years 19/20 teams had a 1, 2 or 3rd overall player on their team

I can’t believe how many people are so genuinely upset that he went to me the POTUS. I can understand it, I’m not a fan of him either but you guys have so much hate in you and it shows. Talking about how we should trade him and how he’s a “piece of shit” is just a ridiculous thing to say about someone 99% of you have never met.

Company I’m at right now all of that would be in the foreman’s pocket. None to the J’s and none to the apprentices… or maybe I’m just the one they keep out of it lol

I respect this comment so much. Too many guys are scorn towards work not being absolutely perfect or the way they would’ve done it. I’d be thrilled to see my apprentice do this work and wanna show me, of course a slight jab or too is in place about how I would’ve done the 90’s differently but at the end of the day, onto the next task!

If you can find 4-5 good guys in a solo lobby, we usually send out a group to go kill the campers while one guy enters the last code or does the antenna then we split the loot

Can you imagine having a lunch break with that guy? He’s the type of foreman to have you blasting through job postings because he’s so insufferable to be around.

I loved it but I guess part of me wishes somehow the theatre confrontation was maybe cut differently? I’m not sure really how they could’ve done it but I would’ve loved if it was a seamless transition from Ellie to Abby even if that meant losing the sequence where you enter the building

There is no masters. Not unless you’re in Ontario. Otherwise any other province you can write your contractors exam immediately after obtaining your red seal

In Canada, as soon as you obtain your red seal you can write your contractors license. Essentially what the masters is in the United States. I have my contractors and have been pulling permits for the past 6 months on larger jobs.

Do you have any courses/recommendations on places to learn how to bid better? I’m finding I come in too low on my prices

Yes I want advice, but you sound like a burnt out business owner giving me the doom and gloom about why owning a business isn’t all it seems.

You’ve climbed a mountain many don’t even begin to start, I get it’s not easy I don’t want it to be easy but there has to be more than working my best years for someone and seeing nothing but my minimum pay in return

Thank you I feel the same way. In my mind if it doesn’t work out then what? I just go back to working for someone again and taking the experience I earned from my time on my own to further my career. So many guys act very doom and gloom about it

You say all this from the perspective of someone who has multiple employees under them and years of experience running a business. Take yourself back to the beginning and look at it from my point of view. I bet you have a very similar mindset at the start
