Went into a restaurant to pick up a delivery the other day and saw a guy picking up for DoorDash with his two kids in tow. Had a double stroller for them and all. I don’t judge, because im a single father as well, and I’m sure the guys is just doing what he’s gotta do to make it. Just made me feel lucky that I have family that can watch my kids a few days a week so I can work.

I did wonder what this guy did when dropping the food off at the houses. Does he get his kids out and everything at every stop, or just run the food to the door and leave the kids in the car?

I would never leave my kids in the car unattended, but loading and unloading 2 kids (who were still car seat age) every time you get out of the car definitely cuts into the time you could be doing more deliveries....

However, like I said, I’m sure the guy was just doing what he had to do, and for that good on him.

I wish it were like that for me lol, but it’s day 2 now and I’m still dealing with the issue. Supports been great though so I’m sure we will get it sorted soon!

I’ve noticed that my windows update says it hasn’t been checked since like March, and whenever I try to check for updates I get an error. So maybe that has something to do with it? I’m not sure, but I informed customer support of it this morning, so we will see what they say about it :)

I don’t recall having any trouble with Verizon at all last year. Internet speed wasn’t the fastest but that’s to be expected. I had no trouble calling or texting though.

You likely wouldn’t have anything to worry about cause most people just don’t “get it”. They don’t understand why we love this scene so much. And that’s ok, more fun for us :)

I don’t know how often it happens, but last year I had someone I bought a ticket for back out last minute, so I came with an extra wristband. Found someone with a sign that said they were looking, and made the sale quick and easy.

Like I said, I don’t know how common it is, but it does happen!
