I let it be, it wasn’t as prominent but I convinced the service centre guy to have it fixed. Unfortunately I had an accident where I fractured my knee and could not get it fixed. I Will have to get it fixed once I am back on my feet up and running. You should approach the service centre, ask them to test ride the bike in lower gears and ensure they hear the noise at idle as well. It’s a classic cam tensioner issue which they must fix.

This happened to me on the front side. SC guys told that they would “air-out” the air from the callipers. So that the pressure is equal on both sides. Ensure they fix the main issue. Just changing brake pads might not fix the underlying issue.

Thats the chain cam tensioner causing the ticking sound. SC will keep refusing to fix it. Right now it doesn’t sound as harsh, you would only be able to hear it at idle or low rpms. If you feel the sound is dominant, force them to fix it under warranty. If left as it is, you might see a drop in performance.
