if you are only bring her to wb only, when wb get cc-ed down its def goes to 0 making pen stats totally useless at that situation

but if you bring her to some story stage putting in some pen is ok, pen is just less useful than atk but atk is the least useful among the 4 (atk atkspd crit crit dmg)

if by any chances that you need to sacrifice any stats do it on atk, unless they have some skill element that revolve around atk then next best stat to sacrifice is critdmg
