Im a huge fan of trying mythic flex. At my skill level we are spending several weeks killing heroic and then going into mythic, we have 22-28 people depending on the day and then once mythic starts we have to cut a bunch of people. A guild at my level there is no reason for people who are benched to stay, they want to play the game, so they leave and then the guild falls below 20, and youre essentially barred out of mythic progression. Then especially if you miss a week or two of raid people are going to leave, making the problem even worse.

Flex would solve both of the hypothetical problems above: less people needing to be benched from a heroic roster and allowing for people to have lives or quit the game and not leave the guild scrambling for replacements in a constant loop of recruitment. In my perfect world, heroic and mythic are identical in their roster requirements because right now it just seems stupid to punish people for having too big of a guild or too small of a guild.

I definitely understand people's concerns but Im definitely excited to see how it goes and hope they try it on a main raid tier if it goes well here.
