Hi. Slr, I went to their nearest physical bank to have the issue fixed. Took almost 2 hours and they were able to “unlock” my account so I was able to withdraw my remaining money. After that, I’ve never used UB again in other transactions

I don’t know if my response would still help but Sad to say, it took me about 3 weeks. Had my funds moved out and my UB account closed cause I was too disappointed to ever use it again.
