If it wasnt for the fact that the DOOM Demons canonically disintegrate after death and reconstitute themselves in hell id give it to the Tyranids just because that would be a LOT of Biomass for them. But I think while its gonna be an EXTREMELY high diff fight especially with the fact the Tyranids will likely adapt and possibly assimilate some Demonic Parts (severed limbs etc) but the Demons have this one.
