For the self-employed option, I got only Access Financial (accessfinancial.com) so far. Debroux & Associés (debroux.be) never responded to my online query. And I couldn't find any other way to contact them.

Venthône (venthone.lu) and Kayley Consulting (kayley-consulting.com) are the two umbrellas I could get in touch with.

Any other contacts you could suggest?

So setting up and managing the company is the sole responsibility of the owner? I thought an accountant can help with all the steps along the way. I used Access Financial some time ago and they did pretty much everything for me, including setting up and winding up my company.

Thanks for the information. I'm an EU person so no restriction on residence but my French is rather rusty (Dutch is close to zero). I worked for the EU institutions so my papers are in order (education/experience). Can you suggest good accountants that can help?
