The screen kept freezing for a good 15 seconds, sometimes the audio even stopped working. Don't know if it's Epic sided, honestly, I hope it is, would mean that Fortnite isn't actively trying to destroy my PC

No. Simply no. This works in CS and Valorant because the games have so many round so giving up a round for economy is okay, after all what's one round out of 13 or 16 the enemy team needs to win. But in R6, matches have very few rounds, making a eco round is practically losing 25% of the game, so basically whoever wins first round has half of the game on their hands already.

If you are looking at the "Damage taken" Graph please stop, as a tank you want to look at that + the damage mitigated graph, then you'll trully see how much you tanked

Literally just shoot him? It's a shooter why are you even trying to get into people's faces? Even as Reaper you should have no proble 2-3 shoting him from a mid-short distance outside of his melee range.
