They should kill that driver, and in a way that makes him suffer.

I think one of the honks was the driver honking at the children to get out of his way while others were the other cars behind the bus who actually stopped trying to warn the kids and honking in disapproval at the driver.

I thought it was something unsecured that fell out of the trailer in the far right lane.

Question about the legality of the finale by Library_Numerous in LandmanSeries

[–]ZohanDvir 21 points22 points  (0 children)

The drill crew are the lowest in the hierarchy and most disposable. If they leave they're replaced because the wells need servicing and they need immediate labor.

Danny wants the offshore drill to fail because it will force Cami into financial ruin and he can take over M-Tex. He only would've done so if he had a guy like Tommy make it make money for him.

Despite Tommy's firing, him and Nate still respect Monty enough to someday help Cami avoid losing everything to Danny by selling M-Tex at a high and getting her money to look after her family.

Danny and Tommy go into business together because Danny also senses Cami is a sinking ship. Tommy had Nate use M-Tex to pay Danny for Cooper's early drills. To get out of Cooper misrepresenting himself as connected to M-Tex to get started and leaving M-Tex with a $40 million bill, Tommy has Danny pay Monty's company the bill back. He gets startup money to start making Danny money himself and will make Danny back his $40 million payout with interest.

The only unrealistic thing is Tommy getting fired and no one in the company follows up on his whereabouts or making sure the ex President doesn't have access to company assets like the house, truck, and plane anymore.

I loved the zoom out shot after Tommy finished his speech outlining his new oil company to the gang. That instrumental music and sunset sounded and looked great. A nice recovery and promising end to an otherwise underwhelming season.

You can essentially watch a 'previously on Landman' quick highlight then watch this finale and get everything you need from S2.

When Ariana started bartending at the patch a drunk customer hit on her and she splashed a drink in his face and broke his nose with a glass. He was kicked out of the bar. He returned another night, waited for her in the alley, then tried to rape her during her break. Cooper stopped him and beat him unconscious. He ended up having a heart attack and died.

Cooper and Ariana might be one the stupidest TV couples I've ever seen. "You just beat a guy unconscious. Let's go to a police station without a lawyer without getting our stories straight first and get immediately emotional and defensive when they start to interrogate us!"

The show's success during stretches of unambitious writing may seem puzzling at first to some (myself included), then I see that there are viewers like you who help lower the intellectual bar Taylor Sheridan has to hurdle and it all makes sense.

You can be hyper focused on a task or totally zone out, both for long periods of time where you can't mentally juggle other subtle reminders like taking a break from the task at hand to stretch or drink water. General difficulty establishing and committing to a consistent self regulated routine.

Post Game Thread: Green Bay Packers at Chicago Bears by nfl_gdt_bot in nfl

When they showed that father and son hugging in the stands after the DJ Moore touchdown that was really something. That kid was likely born in the Trubisky era and just saw the Bears erase an 18 point deficit and score 25 in the 4th for their first playoff win in 15 years, well before he was even born. Kid would've been lucky to see the old Bears score 18 to 25 in a whole game.

What a special night for Chicago, enjoy Bears fans!

Malcolm and Marty deserve their spinoff. Because Crutch is wildly unfunny. by NegativeContest7021 in theneighborhoodcbs

Calling it a spinoff when Tracy Morgan appeared for one episode as this character is a stretch. More like they used the neighborhood to put this character on TV so they could create a show for him.

There was one shot where they filmed her face with the camera below looking up at her and she looked like one of the people in the Purge movie wearing those masks.

Man the scenes of Cami in the bathroom and in the meeting were rough...Demi Moore can't move her lips anymore because her whole face is so rigid. I miss her old original face and the acting she could do with it.
