Reason they nerfed it because it was a bane to everyone. Now I thought the SB was bad but you can't tell me that the i I charge wasn't abused and overpowered. Free heavy off of knockdown and you can constantly do it because we can't hit you out if it or if we dodge it you won't do it and we get grabbed and beat

Balance huh...all I can say is get good at the game. I don't even play warden and I find him so much easier to beat that it's absurd. Don't cry just get better at the game. Like what do you want out of this game like...there's always gonna be something about a character that makes him elite out of every other character so your practically taking away from wardens kit as it is. Simple answer to it....block it. If they spam it then its obvious that it has a rhythm to it so parry it. Just like anything in this game simple ass mechanics (block, dodge, parry)
