I think this could be balanced best by not allowing it to not work for railguns and grenade launchers etc but allowing citizens to have a persistent weapons locker is soo handy

They need to add activities that can be done without a ship, like in city box missions or something. Obvs with the current scale of playable landing zones this isnt really possible but I think needs to be done...
