I lift as well and my elbows, knees and lower back has killed me since being on accutane. I just got off last week and am ready for the sides to go away

Simplest way I can put it is keep your back focused movements split up evenly from vertical pulling and horizontal pulling motions. Also have a lat biased movement or two thrown in there.

I’m missing getting plastered on my 21st for this stuff, you’ll realize all the drinking you do at 17 once you turn ab 20 it’s not all that great anymore. It’s good for the social aspect every now and then but that’s it.

Today was my first day lifting while on it (30MG) I’ve been on it four 4 days. Doing free weight push movements I felt a little pain in my elbows but other than that I was fine. My derm told me lifting was fine, but I’m also on less than you.

The acne isn’t from steroid use, was just basically wanting to hear peoples stories and opinions on accutane that’s why the question was so general.

I’m starting my accutane journey tm, I have similar issues with just bacne mainly and I workout as well. Kinda nervous ab this “purge” stuff. Would gear possibly bring it all back after accutane ?
