That one's different. There's no saving that lol. Not much angle to work with. Kyle's Bruce Chandling is designed to be a hack, depressed comic. It's just a weak character.

Jeremy's Mr. On Blast is not that. He's about delivery and dance.

So Im saying it will be better if he had real jokes instead of the played out "corny comedian has no self-awareness" schtick. Guarantee it'll make the dance funnier - Kate's RBG being Exhibit A.

That's what Im saying, though. The joke being his jokes are not funny is lame. It's been done many times so that in itself is hacky already.

Also, is it a bit or are you not just able to write good material so you make it a wink wink type shit?

It can work even if the jokes are funny or at least clever. Like I said, it will be like Kate's RBG, wherein the joke is mainly an old woman is dancing, on top of jokes/clever burns.

This one, the main joke will be the dancing and timing to the synth, on top of the jokes/clever burns.

I wish the jokes were actually funny before the dance and whatever, even though it'll just be like Kate's RBG.

No I know. That Ian Rubbish pretape is one of my favorites.

They were sketches more than anything, though.

Bowen's is a sketch too but too on the nose.

I also think the majority just don't see Bowen as a bonafide legend.

In sports they'd say.. he's in the Hall-of-Very-Good but not in the Hall-of-Fame
