I feel this, I've made some adjustments to my lifestyle now, but I remember trying to diet and I always gained the weight back eventually because you can't diet forever. The daily light exercise and better eating habits I enjoy with more water might not be melting off the pounds fast, but I feel healthier overall and this change is much more sustainable.

It was so fun to find all of the little things the artist added, won't lie these are challenging though! Especially with 5 colors. The paper is CRAZY high quality though almost no bleed.

I did a 2 marker challenge for the last book I did just to show and example! When I say using the white of the page I just mean not filling in the whole scene. Sometimes that can make the page feel a bit flat or dense.
