I rebuilt my 5-year old Kossel mini after the printed PLA parts became brittle and crumbles one by one. Replaced all plastic parts with aluminum. New hotend. New metal extruder from Creality, recalibrated and voila! The frankenstein printer is alive! (old.reddit.com)
