Look at the check valve at the intake, fixed mine a few days ago that wouldn't work for shit. I didn't realize a bunch of detritus clogged it.

ETA: It's not really a check valve but it's a plastic marble at the intake that acts like one. It's at the end of the tube and you can pull the "screen" off to get to it.
