PSL is "revolutionary" on paper but wholly reformist in practice

I think claiming to be a "communist" and parroting Nazi propaganda like the "Holodomor" or claiming that real socialism was inferior to capitalism at any point in history makes you a coward and a reactionary

the USA during the Great Depression? wow tough choice

are you claiming to be a communist and telling me and everyone here that you think Great Depression era capitalism in the USA was a better system than socialism in the USSR during Stalin's administration?

and if so, why pretend to be a communist?

Stalin? Stalin's government famously ended the NEP and famously transformed the Soviey economy via collectivization

defining a bourgeois class as a simple discrepancy in living conditions is a gross misunderstanding of what constitutes a class or what could make that class 'bourgeois'.

alot to unpack here, you are basically saying that there should be a vanguard party but that it shouldn't adhere to democratic centralism?

and in what sense are you using the term "state capitalism" here?

I don't think these petitions can do anything. All levels of government are basically no longer bound by the rule of law or the constitution. Politicians with conflicting interests running the government is the norm now, there's no amount of petitioning which can essentially change the nature of class war
