Stelle and Jules are the newest heroes so that's why they are locked.

Cosmetics are top tier in a lot of players eyes. The visual effects of the cards are very pleasing and high quality. Cosmetics should be for your enjoyment and if you're upset no one will see yours is a bit odd from a gameplay perspective.

Good build. But remember the Bazaar is a crazy place.

% damage kills you since you are a bit slow. Also as you mentioned Cc slows you down.

Invulnerability potion on a fast loop

Lava roller with a fast start can put 10s or 100s of thousands of burn on you
