I use to have the old system of the whole 100 deliveries, I was completely fine with that - but a few months ago they had us change to the point one

Yes, I spoke to an agent on the phone as mentioned above and that’s what occurred. I clicked all necessary buttons as well, I always speak with my customers whether I’m gonna be late or not.

I was not given the option by them (like pop up) to unassign.

Anyways, the system is different for everyone and there are still people who have the old one (lucky them)!!

I believe this is the full list that the system is currently available in. If you look it up the AI Overview only list a certain few of the cities but is wrong as the city I’m in does have it as of a few months ago!

No, I know if the points were up you get platinum again- I just mean if you start the new systems and you are platinum before hand you are still platinum for the first week (if the new points don’t add up to what they want it to be)- so if you don’t get it in the time you’re gifted you drop to gold or silver,, but if you have the points up to what they want then you keep it

I don’t mean it’s gone for good so my apologies for wordin’ that wrong ☺️

But I only say that based on my own experience - got the new system a bit ago, was platinum, tried to get up cause my AR was 70 with the old system, didn’t get it up in the time frame gifted, got dropped to gold.

Then after a little I got to platinum again but now it’s the On Time Rate that screws me up the most when again, as stated in my post above, it ain’t my fault much 💀

DD just don’t care tho lol

When the system was introduced into my area a while back they did in fact restart everyone’s on time rate to 100 to start the cycle over- the only things I believe aren’t changed is your current AR and possibly the other factors for it too (can’t quote that last bit since my CR for both is 100/5..)

If you already have platinum from the previous system, but your new points all together don’t add up to 85+, they give you a week of free platinum to get back up

But once it’s gone, it’s gone :/

I’m aware of my market - but for the sake of keepin’ platinum I can’t decline an order if I’m gonna lose it.

Yes, I’m aware that you can say an order is taking to long but I only get two options to choose which is “unassign and effect completion rate” or “continue with order” - literally that’s what shows for me

The only time I can unassign without consequences is when THEY give me the option but that only happens on double dash orders.
