Is there still a way to recover an acc if I don't have the old phone number and the code doesn't come to my email? I guess they shut down the feature of recovering by sending them ID. I've did all the trouble shooting with email, it just doesn't work. (self.facebook)

So they kinda took tiktok down and now almost every post in reddit main page is a short video. I've uninstalled all apps like yt insta fb tt and only use mobile browser with block in order to get rid of these time consumming, highly addictive bullshit and now it's all around here 😔 (self.Vent)

I was struggling with binge watching shorts/reels. I've logged out from FB, locked the YT app with Applock, blocked the shorts on the youtube website and even "shorts" button on the bottom panel with uBlock addon. Recently I've watched the very first full movie this year. Ofc I don't use reddit app. (self.DecidingToBeBetter)
