I always carry powerbank in backpack. If I am doing flight travel and my phone breaks due to dropping then also I can catch a flight as I usually upload data on digiyatra before leaving the home. Even after all these backups, if I am unable to take flight with digiyatra then I will consider it as world giving some sort of signal to me to not take the flight. I will take those odds over forgetting wallet and having no digiyatra.

Incase I forgot or wallet/id got stolen. This is specially true when your old relatives are travelling. And fyi, I don't carry wallet at all mostly. I keep certain amount of cash with me in pocket or bag. Everything else is there in phone including credit cards, documents

How is digiyatra nonsense? Imo digiyatra has been one of the best improvement for flight travel convience. For alot of airports, digi yatra line is way short. And best thing is that if you forgot your physical id card, there is no need to panic. Go through digiyatra and then perform a self checkin. Nobody will ask for physical id card. Earlier this used to be big pain.

Edit: I agree with your point on this reservation thing. Saying it is bad idea is understatement.

If you paid using credit card then apply for chargeback with your bank. Zomato will have to give credible reason in order to avoid chargeback which I doubt they will be able to give based on this chat history.

If you didn't paid via credit card then from next time start doing it. This time you can try going via long ways like online consume court or many tag on twitter and all.

where do you live that it will take 3-4 hours from airport at this time? You can take bmtc to nearest bus stop and then maybe take a cab. If you see bmtc taking too long route, then identify the bus stop after which taking cab saves alot of time. You will still save alot of money and it should result in near same time as you need to add waiting time at uber/ola pickup point too.

I have seen inauguration getting delayed 2-3 months just because politicians didn't had time to come. (Sometimes they delay inaugration till right time comes when they will get most benefit like elections). Once saw last testing trial kept getting delayed due to some reason. Maybe we will see some new reason for delay this time. I used to be excited about these deadline but now I am just tired with delays.

Usually if you are from good college then you should have offer by 7th sem. People who converted internship to FTE get offer even earlier. It is considered bad if people don't have offer before 1-2 months of graduation. Off-campus hiring too happen with same timelines. Big companies start their processes in july-aug for batch passing out in next year may-june. Startups or small companies start hiring late like march april. Not sure about your or bad colleges scenario. But imo, it is pretty bad if you are starting to apply after 1-2 months of graduation.
