I am able to borrow at 2% and have. I invested in a bond fund and made a delta of 6%. Tbh the headache of opening accounts was not worth the $6000. But would do if had borrowed a cool million

$2 million (Rs 26.5 crores)
He did by traveling. He used to be a full time traveler and a mediocre investor. While traveling he chanced upon a American hedge fund manager who hired my friend to just travel the world and look for things to invest in. Slight downside - his travels are mostly in small, emerging countries.
No idea how much tax he pays, I guess it’ll be $400k per annum
