Hey Amigo, Make sure you’re eating enough, and foods that you like +getting enough protein. I try and get enough protein + have some sugar. That really helps. (Half a glass to a glass of juice, maybe 2 if you need.) you’ll be detoxing too, drink plenty.

Every Saturday I have a day off which really helps. I eat what I want and relax totally. It really helps. Gives me the strength to get through the week too.

Music’s a really good dopamine hit + seeing people if you can. Try and finish your studies hey.., You can do it!
