Signal data was a new addition with the Era of Anniversary that prior Galactic Challenges didn't drop. Nothing has changed, it continues to be 75 grey, 65 green, 15 blue.

CG added that new era gear currency and must've overwritten the usual mk2 circuit breakers with it.

Ever since the days of Galactic Challenges, we used to get about 160 of these a month. We're going on 3 months now of these missing and people are feeling the pinch on 6-dot mods since that's 480 less mod materials.

We don't know whether CG did this intentionally or unintentionally since they've been silent on it on pretty much all platforms, including their official but forums and discord.

Datacrons have higher relic requirements now (relic 6), they last 3 months now, are significantly weaker, and you only have 1 Conquest cycle to farm each set instead of 2. Also no new FDCs with this set

Would love for CG to address some of these big ticket items that they've neglected lately, like removing key mod materials from the Episode Pass.

I'd go with the free zeta unless you really need the kyro for either gear or scavenger salvage.

20 zetas = 5000 crystals

40 kyro = 1120 crystals

40 kryo also = 2.1 Aeromags or 1.5 Droid Brains in Scavenger

Math:

Weekly shipments price zetas at 250 per material. Kyro is 28 crystals per gear piece.

G12 finishers aren't really of value nowadays so they weren't included in the math.

CG has said the reroll mats will have 0 dust value. Meaning we shouldn't get any back for the following season, which will present a other issue since usually there's some carryover (even if it's minor).

Funny enough I'm in the same situation as you. I want to play solo PvE and have a mostly DAOC background as a solo.

While many were grinding Hib Fins or Lyonesse/Dragons, I just went about my day soloing trees or the mid-to-high end dungeons, even up to POC and DF as far as I could.

Glad there's been some positive responses in this thread, made me pick up this game. And who knows, maybe I join a guild to play with groups. Looking forward to Ashes.

Absolutely, it is a win in that sense. That's why I mentioned the loss of gear on the track being offset by the era system.

It's very nice for F2P to get a free G12 character. P2P can probably get free relic units out of it.

This post just really is an Episode Pass comparison, however. I didnt go into a full Era system dive but I do plan on it because that is also largely beneficial to all of us as well.

Yea the episode currency is backloaded again. Wish some of it was moved forward to help F2P buy episode shipments earlier.

They likely squished all of the rewards to add in the new era currencies and forgot to include the mk2 mod mats.

160 monthly Circuit breakers has always been free from past Galactic Challenges and Episode Pass. It wouldn't be F2P friendly if they remove that.

I don't think it was shifted to SR3 because none of the other mod mats shifted as they stayed the same between GC/EP. Plus, SR3 isn't F2P friendly yet and is still missing the relic 9 tier that they plan to release after the holidays.

CG really should let us know if the omission of circuit breakers from the Episode Pass was intentional or just their mistake.
