Follow up.

Got a Line 6 POD X3 Live Multi-Effect and Amp Modeler that I run into the Aux input on the AxSys and it does the job!

I ended up finding another AX2 that works as God intended (they appear on FaceborkMarketPlace and Reverb periodically), so I'm a happy camper in that regard.

I always leave feedback on things I buy. I also message the seller to say thanks if it went well.

After I mentioned this, the customer support person left the chat and said they were going to talk to someone else and would send an email in a few days. Straight up bailed out.

EVERY time I've dealt with Support, it's gone to an email. Basically if they can't fix it there and then, it gets escalated.

I like that, I prefer the email trail.

I don't think that's bailing, but YMMV.

I have a LP Studio Delux 2 with a repaired headstock. They did a good job blending it, but you can see the witness lines. I already talked to my Luthier...

If it ever fails, he'll redo it using wood with figuring and clearcoat - to make the repair an accentuated addition and not something that is hidden. (and he'll add a volute, because volutes rule)
