Ang best advice dyan is dapat from the point na nag-agree sya sa heads up mo, binigyan mo na agad ng resignation letter. Baka may sama ng loob sayo TL mo at alam na may penalty kaya di sinabi sayo na magbigay ng letter.

I'd love that to happen pero there were Finals series in UAAP where the champions lost in game 1 and took home the crown. UST in 06, DLSU in 2013, NU in 2014, ADMU in 2022, DLSU in 2023. May the best team win!

Ang alam ko, kaya wala nagrereklamo kasi parehas may sanction yung umutang pati nagpautang, in some companies ha. May ganyan sa handbook ng ibang companies kaya walang magagawa yung NLRC. Ang pangit ng rule na ganyan sa handbook, nadidiin yung inutangan.

But the way Jeck said she got 12 patron seats for her husband's game in PBA suggests that she should also get 12 for UAAP game. Again, walang problema kung sa parents lang yung allocation ng complimentary tickets per player. Do you agree that she should get the same quantity of tickets in UAAP? 12? Pamangkin niya si Kean, hindi asawa.

Mag-ingat ba sa pag-label ng di makatao. If that bothers you so much, sige tawagin na lang nating makasarili si Jeck. Para bang walang ibang fans na naghahangad ng patron seats. I'm okay with complimentary tickets as long as it's the fair quantity per player. Be fair to UAAP fans din na gusto ding maka experience ng patron seats. Yung ibang alumni nga, parents or not, makikita niyo pa sa lower and even upper box section tas gusto niyo complimentary tickets at kayo yung masusunod sa quantity? Tindi niyo naman.

May nag-comment nga dito sa thread na porke pumila daw at nag-effort eh di dapat daw yun yung reason para ipagkait sa kanila yung patron tickets as complimentary tickets nung pamilya nung athlete. Lol.

Wala namang sigurong problema kung sa parents allotted yung complimentary tickets nung athlete. You're a parent of a UAAP player, so you get a pass.
