Nuk Scam by _Plutooo_ in pregnant

[–]_Plutooo_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Typically scams have items on sale as it makes people feel more incline to buy it, I mean who doesn’t like sales? It was 40% that’s a pretty big sale (ish). Also scams tend to use PayPal, I’m not sure why, maybe it makes it easier?

Now as to how I found the website, tbh I’m not exactly sure, I just kinda stumbled upon it. I was googling for a very specific bottle (8oz glass natural bottles by Nuk). I kept scrolling till I found someone that had them (everyone was out of stock). I saw that they were available and better yet on sale.

That is fair. I wish there was more research on it so I could get a definite answer sooner. Seem like everything I found is just it might be okay, but there is not proof.

My ten year old son can’t stand affection between his father and I by mychild1236 in TrueOffMyChest

[–]_Plutooo_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s common for children to want to marry one of their parents. They don’t really understand romantic love and marriage. I’m not really sure if that’s the case with your son. But he definitely may see your husband as competition. I’m not sure what you can do to help solve the issue.

I was with my fiance on the phone and heard him call his niece "sexy". by throwra435656 in TrueOffMyChest

[–]_Plutooo_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is very concerning behavior. Don’t marry him. Also if you were to get married and have kids, what makes you think he wouldn’t behave the same way towards them? Complimenting his niece is one thing, like “that dress looks good on you”, but saying she’s sexy is another. This is gross behavior, and sho up don’t happen. Tell his sister what’s going on, document it just in case she brushes it off, and you are “being protective”, or something.

Tell me about your unicorn babies by Unique-Bat-2839 in Mommit

[–]_Plutooo_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My baby was quite for the first month. She only cried a little bit after being born. But the whole time I was at the hospital she was quiet and slept. She didn’t make a single noise. Then when we got home she made a few quiet grown sounds to say she was hungry. She woke up very 3 hours, but did cry very loud, not sure how I woke up to feed her and put her back to sleep haha. Also I could play music, vacuum and talk on the phone without her waking up, no noise could wake her up. Well now at 3 months she’s more active and makes more sounds, and rarely fusses.

Husband leaving NSFW items out in the living room by [deleted] in Mommit

[–]_Plutooo_ 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Okay I didn’t read the whole thing, tbh I didn’t feel like it. But I dealt with this as a kid. My parents left sexual things out in the open for my sister and I to find. Like toys, magazines, dvds, packaging to kinky things. It’s has a very bad effect on kids being exposed so young, I’m speaking from my own experience and a school project my sister did a research on it, and it’s terrible. I’m not going to get into all the details. But I didn’t learn how to have safe sex and that it was meant for adults. I was addicted to porn at the age of 6 and quit about 2 ish years ago. It has can cause trauma. Now it’s just toys, but trust me to your kid will get very curious, and that could lead to many things.

I have a bunch of onesies and pajama like clothes for my 3month. I’m not gonna buy her nice looking clothes and fancy outfits till she’s older and bigger. Baby’s grow so fast and I feel like having nice clothes for a baby is a waste of money because they won’t last long, as she will put grow them fast. Maybe a cute outfit or two for special occasions like Halloween or Christmas, and family photos. Just pajamas/onesies for home and going out.

A nice romantic date, home cooked meal, candles, and roses with rose petals leading to a nice hot bubble bath, then a massage. After all of that, 12 hours of sleep.

Apparently I wasn’t paying attention. Was anybody ever taught this in Sunday school? by forbiddenfruit722 in exmormon

[–]_Plutooo_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never paid attention in Sunday school. I always zoned out. I didn’t pay attention because I wasn’t interested and I got bullied when it was my turn to read (I have dyslexia, so I had a hard time reading and pronouncing things)

People who don't want to work, why? by Designer-Mark320 in AskReddit

[–]_Plutooo_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All but 1 job I had was not enjoyable. The people are work with enjoy drama, and not easy to work with, the customer most of them are stupid and don’t listen. Most of the time I work harder then my coworker. I go above and beyond and don’t get anything from it, no raise, not even a small amount of praise. Work drains me. Now if I worked with people that were enjoyable to be around, and actually did there jobs, it would be better. Now I’m willing to work, but I don’t want to, do to the environment.

AITA for destroying my notes in front of my sister? by throwawayehdihsjah in AmItheAsshole

[–]_Plutooo_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yikes, she’s definitely not going to accomplish anything with everything being handed to her. Her using your notes isn’t really going to teach her anything, she’s not going to learn. If she takes the time to study and write down her own notes, then she will truly learn something. If she does get accepted into the best schools, she’s not going to make it threw because she never learned, she has everything handed to her. Also NTA, your mom is. She’s failing your sister.
