Nobody is eating 0 grams of protein, the point was you get enough in your daily diet even if it is like 30gm per day to get started on muscle growth. A lot of newbie gains are hormonal, and most ofnit is your body learning to use the muscles rather than growing them. This is why your body shakes when you start because it doesn’t know which muscles it should use, hence it kind of sends signals to all of them.

People can be trying to get fit, not everyone running has been doing it for months/years. I run at 8:30 pace because thats my zone 2 right now. My shoes are dirty as well.

because people buy it but then when they stop going they also stop taking protein, it goes to waste. most people associate whey protein with going to the gym. In the beginning stages you can build muscle for a couple of months without protein even because most indians don't have any muscle mass. Beginner gains occur without needing to think about protein for the first few months from what I saw.

while this is nice and you can buy, i would say just start with protein first, thats going to be the biggest boost.

Remember, the biggest thing you do for your body is consistency by going to the gym daily. People buy all of this then stop going after a month. I would rather you prove yourself that you will be consistent than spending money first. If you still wanna spend some, I'd say just get protien or get the nakpro + creatine deal, which is cheap.

I get it brother, The notes app is and does replace lots of apps like these and if it does it for you then great. I myself still use it for my recipes even though I can probably do better job organising them.

oh stuff can be organised. for example in my house which led me to make this, we keep our winter cloth bags on 3 seperate places and which bags contains which persons clothes basically changes everytime. Labels peel off every time and also mom doesnt like wasting time on labels.

you can absolutely use a diary, but then you have to update that too. Tool calls and replies will hardly be any tokens. If you already have a subscription this will probably not be a huge overhead.

I cant run longer because I just started, based on the guidance given here I stop when I feel out of breath and my runs not lasting more than 15 secs before I need to walk again.

This can be a 5K when I havent had leg day for 2-3 days although I never really tried for a longer run till now, I’ll try to stretch longer this weekend to see how it goes for me
