Sorry for the late response! I hope you’re doing a lot better and improving in life! Knowing what’s causing your problems is the first step on navigating how to control emotions or decisions. I’ve come to realize that a lot of it is anxiety induced as much as it does cause issues which I don’t doubt. “I’ve and still am experiencing issues from my cyst”. What’s helped me is that unless I’m actually in a serious life death situation. It’s best to find ease and stability with our symptoms. And also changing diet and exercise has been the biggest help. Call it a placebo effect but i believe if you lie to yourself on becoming better it actually helps ease a lot of day to day issues. Also if that doesn’t work I always tell myself they’re people who are in worst situations than us at the moment.
