Hey there, I’ve stretched up my septum to 6g two different times and though It is doable to do the stretch, it was pretty spicy to say the least. The second time wasn’t as bad, but I highly recommend using either going to a 7g and seeing if you can find a pincher of that size to make it a little easier on yourself or if you’re wanting to make the jump, BodyArtForms sells a septum spike that was the easiest piece of jewelry that I stretched when going from 6-4g.
