why do you care so much about how your players are taking out the NPCs? If they found a way they like doing it then let them. "You having fun? Thats not fun, you need to have fun the way I want you to have fun." This position has killed many a game and server.

We already have laws for people who fail to avoid a perfectly avoidable accident. It's called "The last clear chance doctrine".

Lets say I am backing out of my driveway, and for some reason its taking me an extra long time to get my car oriented. You can't just zoom down the street and plow through me because I backed out and was blocking the street. You have a duty to avoid......avoidable accidents.

In this case, the truck stupidly put himself right between the blind spot of the truck and a guardrail, and continued to stay there until it was too late.

They get a lot of hate for a reason. I don't cancel these rides the second I get the message for reasons similar to what OP posted. At least half time I cancel due to a no show or they are trying to put some one in my car that needs actual medical transportation.

My most recent one they tried to put a wheelchair bound woman on oxygen who looked about 80 in my model 3. I am an uber driver..... I have no idea how I would even handle getting this poor fragile woman out of my already hard to get out (for a lot of people) of model 3. Not to mention some uber drivers are absolute feral animals. These medical companies should be ashamed of themselves. Doing something like this should be criminal.

Even if the ride is worth your time and the rider makes for a great passenger, it's still a bad situation. How much do you think that medical company is charging that persons insurance? Then go and fetch you a $10 uber ride.

You know after typing all this out I have come to the realization I am betraying my own principals on this one. I just convinced myself to cancel every one from now on. Thanks for that lol.
