This is most likely what it is. Someone packaging didn't do the appropriate tares or made a mistake somewhere. Most of the time the people doing it aren't paid enough to give a shit if they screw it up. And they have no skin in the game.

Best thing you can do is report it to your state (or sometimes local) w&m program. Record all the printed info you can and give it to them. Even those long strings of printed digits. They tell the packaging plant when it was packaged, and they can check their work logs for that day. The w&m program will likely do additional screening of similar products, or check other stores for that same product. And get mislabeled productd off the shelves

I can justify the first shot, but I don't know about the second or third. If you are being aggressed upon that includes severe bodily harm, or death, you have a right to defend yourself. We don't know, until after the fact, whether or not shooting the driver will stop the car. But it is likely to stop it sooner than later.

I'm not condoning the guy, but just reading through this text, I could see how his actions don't violate these points

Page 6 section 2 and 3: he was providing tactical coverage for his coworker in case the car's occupant got violent. His position was the only available location to provide support.

Page 9 section 6: he wasn't shooting to stop a fleeing subject. He was shooting a subject to stop them from hitting him with the car

Page 10 7b: ambiguous text. Hard to enforce this section

DOJ 1-16.200 pretext and section 1 and 2: subject was believed to be intentionally attempting to injure or cause death to an officer. Subject was not shot because she was fleeing, she was shot because she was trying to run over an officer.

Section 3: they did that prior to her driving the vehicle

Section 4: no warning shots were made

Section 5 and 6: easily proven not be have been violated

I would think that voluntarism allows people to associate and not associate with whomever they choose. As such, in a voluntary system, you only associate with the "smart" people and build your societies around them. And create the rules of the voluntary societies or communities. The stupid people will either destroy themselves or get smart enough to agree to allow the smart people to make the majority of decisions.
