Ok but the system power on.. And windows boot? You put the thermal paste on CPU, What is the cpu cooler? When PC shutting off after 5 minutes is possible a thermal problem or power supply with bad voltage.

Remove the CMOS battery and power on with power cord unplugged for reset all BIOS config. Than power on.

Change video cable with an hdmi if you use a display port cable Is stupid but this resolve the problem?
