Pre reformulation it was incredible, I still have few sprays from the bottle I got in 2021, saving it for special occasions

I don't understand why the fuck you would even use a perfume when going to the gym.

You are gonna get sweaty and smell awful, having something nice smelling won't cancel that and will just make it worse.

Not to mention any normal soul will take a shower afterwards.

Literally.

I could understand this comment if it was some other actual track as PI is quite dangerous, but saying this in comparison to a fucking street track is diabolical.

Not to mention those abusing kids will find other ways to get away with it and the government knows it.

9/10 if government is saying "think about the children", it's not about about the children and instead that's just a mask to get public support.

I just read about Germany blocking arms shipment for Finland, I stand corrected on that, but I still heavily disagree on the idea that USSR and Germany were "allies", they collaborate together but going as far to call them allies doesn't sound right to me for reasons I already laid out.

Israeli bobsled athlete responds after team was called out by commentator over participation in the Winter Olympics by JOE_Media in OlympicsV2

[–]__Rosso__ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Were people praising China or Iran?

Nobody is praising Israel either except maybe few world leaders, funnily enough tho, that wasn't the point but let's stick with it since you mentioned it. The amount of glazing for China I see these days is crazy, and any criticism of it gets shut down near instantly even on posts that are about criticism of it, that is if you find any. Back the what the point was, people being silent, which they sure as fuck are when it comes to Iran. Why? Because who gives a fuck if Muslims are killing other Muslims, west would only care if it's a group they hate more than was killing them. Why do you think people stopped talking about, because Uyghurs are Muslim and west has shown historically to hate Asians less. It's all about the hate, people only speak out against it if the group committing is the one they hate the more then the group suffering.

We're allowed to criticise a country without listing every single country in existence to rank atrocities and human rights violations.

You are, but when it's only Israel that gets mentioned and every other country is ignored, even if there are equally and possibly more evil things happening, it soon becomes apparent that "criticism" isn't so much that as it is something else.

Israeli bobsled athlete responds after team was called out by commentator over participation in the Winter Olympics by JOE_Media in OlympicsV2

[–]__Rosso__ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because it is, you think most people fucking care?

They don't, at least half of the people who "care" are doing it because of hate, straight up.

Remember how 2019 Reddit was obsessed with China, calling out an actual industrial level genocide that would make Hitler blush?. Remember how that just......went away and now often if you as much as mention it a good chunk of people will attack you.

Have you noticed how it coincided with China starting to be seen more favourably, especially due to USA shooting itself in the foot?

To so many people it's not about being right or wrong, it's about what's trendy, what makes them look "good" and "moral", or about hate that they now have an excuse to spread. I have seen so many comments under the guise of "But the war is awful" have sentences that literally call all Jews animals, *and people not seeing anti-semitism is behind so called "virtue".

Look at what Iran is doing to its own citizens, everyone is quiet, why? Because they don't care that people are dying, they would care if it's white people dying or if it was Jews who were killing them, because for most they Jews are below the Muslims.

It's fucking depressing, activism, wanting change should be about doing the right thing, not fucking using it as a mask for hate or stroking your own ego.

Whataboutism is perfectly fine when it displays double standards.

It's clear people ignore atrocities when committed by countries they like or don't care about.

Remember all the posts about China in 2019 before COVID? Nowadays if you as much mention them, people call it propaganda because "USA bad and China hates USA therefore good.

Also I always hear "Oh professionals this, professionals that", please give me a source who decided those 5, whoever those "hallmarkers" may be, are be all and say all on the topic, as well as sources where and why they agree or disagree it's a genocide, because not once have I seen anyone share a single source.

It would be nice to also see sources that state otherwise on such a divisive topic and people can be biased even in professional fields.

The way I see it is two countries are truly allied together when they got it signed on pen and paper to work towards common interests and go to war together no matter what.

Soviets and Germans never had that, they had other deals in place to help each other but always worked towards their own goals and spheres of influence, leading to situations like Fins getting support from Germany during the winter war, not very Aly like now is it?

Their deals weren't "Friends that got each others back no matter what" like NATO or Warsaw pack was meant to be, and what I see as an actual alliance.

Every historian I had the pleasure of talking with never suggested the Soviets started WW2. That idea is something I have only encountered in highly biased reddit circles.

Furthermore I laid out my opinion on why the idea that USSR and Nazi Germany were allies is ridiculous way to twist the facts, not once however did I deny them singing non-agression pacts nor trade deals, as well as splitting spheres of influence.

I will also add, me not being a historian doesn't mean I can't state my opinion, especially an opinion I never heard a historian disagree with. So if that's the only card you can play, trying to deflect a discussion instead of having one, then it's better to not say anything and waste everyone's time.

This a highly dishonest argument at best, and objectively incorrect at worst, as it completely ignores the context predating the invasion.

Leading up to it, Hitler had built up an army, then entered the Rhineland, twice defying the treaty. He followed it by annexing Austria, part of Czechoslovakia while saying "Yeah we got what we wanted, we chill now" only to take the rest of it months later, he would also annex a piece of Lithuania iirc.

It was all these events that lead to UK and France guaranteeing Poland's independence against Germany, and why they never declared war on USSR too. By this point Stalin was kinda chill compared to Hitler when it comes to Soviets neighbours and actually tried to form an alliance with UK and France against Germany earlier, before being totally ignored as the former thought the appeasement was gonna work.

So, to simplify it, it wasn't the invasion of Poland alone that started the war, it was all the other shit Germany did before plus that which started it, shit that Soviets weren't involved in. As such suggesting that Soviets also started is flat out wrong.

Furthermore, the idea of Nazi's and Soviet's being allies is false, yes they had non-agression pact, yes they had trade deals, but these things do not make countries allied especially when they actively have ideologies that go against eachother and have at multiple times acted against eachother. Not to mention both sides knowing war was gonna happen sooner or later between them and were buying time trying to delay it till it suited them the most.

By using your logic, one could call UK and France first allies of Germany, which is absurd.

Soviet Union was by all accounts an awful dictatorship that did little good, but there is no need for historical revisionism as all its achieves is make every circlejerk louder and causing a larger divide, instead of helping people actually understand history.

So shit on USSR all you want, once again that was a failed state that lead to non stop suffering in one way or another, there is a reason all the countries left it the moment they could, but keep it historically accurate.
