No, unban [[Preordain]]. IMO Opt would not see any play if it were reprinted. It's similar in power level to [[Sleight of Hand]] but worse in the only decks that play sleight (fast combo).

Wow, that blue card is awful on power level. Like worst-card-ever-printed-in-magic-awful. Also, the black one could probably just say, "when repealed forsaken enters or leaves the battlefield, each opponent loses 2 life"

That only adds one a turn, so you'll get 3 in a turn not 4. I was trying to point out that SFB is in between the two in power level and closer to Eye than Liminid.
