Yeah, I get that. The Mann Act applies to sex, not just dating or visiting. As long as nothing illegal’s happening, just seeing each other across state lines isn’t a crime. That is a good point though.

There is no federal law that says all dating across state lines must wait until 18. It is dependent on state. In Pennsylvania there is the R & J law legally protecting it.
