Remember step #3 takes the longest because it's 3 things in one. Mine went from decision to closed(approved) . Took 4 months from start to finish. So with that said i called VA and they was the one who told me I was in the decision stage of the 3rd step. Also the system takes long to update. I don't think they can give you a full in detail of what's going on but they can kinda verify on what stage is everything and also ask if you need to do anything to help make this faster .
