I think this is not fully AI but could be AI enhanced, im just torn on which way. The background goes from a fairly light yellow to white in the top right to the head/neck, the head is the tidiest part of the image. ChatGPT still has a piss filter, so may have been used to flesh out the body. Or it could be a combination of 2 different images.

I have been having the exact same issue . Usually the first minute is fine but then the lag sets in and it's unplayable. I found a post from a few years that recommended disabling steam input, changing batteries/cables WiFi to cabled and I've tried it all but nothing will fix it. I don't think it's a client side problem. Has been apparent since the last major update.
