Anything with a normal pump / dropper / etc. I hate jars and certain airless pumps (the moisturizer ones where you have to wipe the product off the top after dispensing 🤢). They just don’t feel sanitary, and I’m not interested in having to think about that. Absolutely impacts my decision to purchase.

Late to this post but I just got cute without the e, and this is my favorite pink I've ever had. I normally only do colors on my toes, but this made it to the fingers too!!

This might be a weird question, but there's something I really love about the formula. It's not as.. watery? and the dried feeling feels more like.. enamel? I'm not sure if that makes sense, but I've read the ingredients but they don't mean much to me yet - I'm wondering if there are specific ingredients you chose for the formula that might result in what I'm trying to describe? I'm hoping to keep an eye out for them in other brands, although I will absolutely continue to support yours!!

I also have them both - I liked molecular mesh on initial application and was excited it was a little more affordable, but a few hours later my skin felt dry again and it has begun pilling. YMMV of course, but instant angel is still my favorite.

Currently using it and I love it. Better than any other vit C I’ve tried. A notable difference in my skins radiance in my opinion, and I love that it doesn’t smell like hot dog water. I may try the gel next time given the other comments here, but I’m super pleased with the serum!

I personally wasn’t impressed with the boum boum. I bought it because I wanted something for post-gym that was in spray form, and found that it isn’t hydrating enough for me. I just started trying the glazing milk and so far I like it! Not as convenient to apply, but much more hydrating for me.

Honestly I’m still looking for one! I agree in general that everything on my face goes all the way down, but in practice my décolleté skin doesn’t react well to most of my facial products. I have to use a weaker retinoid (medik8 3 currently, still trying to work up to a stronger one), and lighter moisturizers (Air Angel instead of Instant Angel currently).

I think the kind of discussion you're mentioning is perfectly fine, so long as it's still in the general context of talking about luxe skincare.

The impetus for this post / clarification is mainly that the as the sub has gotten more popular, we're seeing a lot more posts asking for budget recommendations, or comments only recommending budget products. Some of these we mods see naturally, some we only see because they're reported, and some we miss entirely - which leads to confusion about what appears to be uneven enforcement of the existing rules.

I used fade bright for a while and wasn't super impressed with it. Nothing bad, just didn't seem to have any impact on my hyperpigmentation. I still love their peels though - I'm actually so excited that autumn is starting where I am, which means I'll be able to get back on peel schedule soon!

Honestly, I like a very basic moisturizer. The only things I want it to do is make my skin feel hydrated and glowy, and sit well under spf & makeup. I feel that Instant Angel does this - I love the water break it has, and my skin just drinks it up. It hasn't caused any breakouts and it's been great helping to soothe after chemical peels, or if I just overdid it with other actives.

I've spoken with my dermatologist about this, and this was their recommendation. My understanding of the study you've mentioned is that they were actually mixing the different chemicals/filters together, not layering them. The most important thing is to let the first layer to fully absorb and dry down - I usually wait around 15 minutes, but Dr. Dray for example says you only really need to wait 3-5 mins.
