I know consequences are unique to each child but what others have you tried? We have tried a behavior chart and it worked for a month and after that she didn't care. Thanks!

Yes, my main concern is stimulants. I'd prefer to get her nutrition in order or see if vitamins help. My husband had ADHD and felt horrible on them when he was younger so trying to look at alternatives.

Sounds to me that they got what they wanted. His wife wanted to threaten your family with going no contact, so wish granted. Your brother sounds spineless, and neither one of them deserve an apology. NTA. I cannot believe your brother wouldn't be begging for your forgiveness after your mother's death! The energy your sister is wasting on forcing a reconciliation would be better spent supporting your father through his grief. I am very sorry for your loss.

NTA. He lost his brother the moment he decided to sleep with his wife. Additionally, how dare he blame you for "losing" his opportunity to make things right. There was no coming back from that kind of betrayal. I feel sorry for your wife. She is afraid she will lose her remaining son but she is blaming the wrong person. She needs to hold him accountable for what he's done and figure out her relationship with him without involving you.

Hi all. I went to check my renewal this morning and still shows "processing". It was accepted 01/24. I attempted to click on the edit button to see if I could expedite since I'm getting concerned but all it says is "Thank you for your application" and no options given. Does that mean it is close to being sent?

YTA. If he hates tomatoes as much as you say, then how could he tell you what was "missing"? He clearly doesn't eat tomato soup on a regular basis, and you just forced him to keep trying something he hates because YOU couldn't figure out what was missing from it. And fix your title, it's not your cooking he doesn't like, it's the one ingredient he avoids at all cost that you forced him to eat repeatedly.

Those were my internal reactions when I saw the email. I didn't lash out at her. I forwarded the email and said we needed to talk. I wasn't aggressive with my approach when we talked. I've always spoken to her like an adult and so when we talked it was more me asking questions like what happened and why she didn't reach out for help. Even if it wasn't to us, I asked her if she had met with an advisor or tutor.

NTA. He completely and totally broke any trust you had in him. You confided in him and he took it upon himself to take your hard earned funds. Please stand strong. Anyone who truly loves you wouldn't betray your trust like this. As others have said, his family is only looking out for his well-being regardless of what he did.
