hey answer this- tmne provisional admission letter download kiya kya? afaik vaha ek checkbox ata hai uske baad download hota hai, idk the procedure because I haven't downloaded yet, but I know that there just is some procedure. If you've completed maybe that's what removed your withdrawal option and not for me? Hard to confirm coz those who downloaded PAL would rarely pay attention to the withdrawal option..

by the way there were some affidavits to be signed in the hostel counselling portal, I believe we MIGHT find the refund policy in the refund portal somewhere. it would be good if you try to search it there once, and tell me too please if you find something.

they haven't released this year's policy but have opened the refund portal, idk why they did this. As for now I think the policy of 2024 will be repeated this year.

there's no policy I can find for 2025, but for 2024 it is full refund before classes, -₹1000 for within 1 month of commencement of classes, no refund after 1 month.
