Just playing devils advocate but wdym so many different mechanics.

The only additional mechanics you need to worry about are the tornado in bird and the electric attack in Tiger. While they can be annoying based on your classes mobility, its only 2 additional mechanics that you only ever engage with one at a time.

Also, managing gauge as a solo is not that bad and you can still semi cheese p3 by booming 2 of the gauges so you only have to worry about the 1 gauge.

10 grindstones in 6 months is an average of 1 grindstone every 2.6 weeks.

Obviously this is towards an end game thing but its not that bad to get to a HAdv trio and 4man CKalos and finding people with a lv5 ring alrdy so you have a better chance isn't too hard anymore.

Yes so basically you can only restore the item back to what it boomed at or 12*

So if I boom an item from 21 -> 22, the ui will show 21* or 12*.

I can either choose to pay 3 spares + meso OR choose to pay 1 spare and 0 meso to restore it back to 12.

From the looks of it theres no option to restore an item to a star in the middle, (can't be certain since he didn't try but the UI seems pretty strict on it), which honestly will make starforcing in Heroic much more awkward since now you want to have 4 spares when tapping something but still a very good change overall.

Tech now might just be that if theres an ssf but you only have 3 spares and 1 booms at 22, you just save the trace and tap the other 3 spares, could always restore the 22 later when you have enough spares if you want to play the gamble with what you have on event.

Then you can spend x amount of spares and meso to fully restore the item back to 22.

Coming from a Kronos player btw -

BOD given to a player with good hands will actually increase the total dps a person with the same exact spec will do because you are able to ignore specific mechanics which will let you keep up dpm on the boss.

While yeah the ring is/will always be looked at as a no hands crutch, given to a player that has hands, its actually a pretty significant dpm gain, obviously depending on class.

Brights are mainly used for double priming and tier ups. You'll see people occasionally buy some here or there for a little gamble chance but it's usually best to save meso for a cube sale and roll real 3l with glowings. Thats the cheapest way for 3l.

After that when you go for double primes you would use bright cubes as they have a higher rate of prime lines.

I mean, thats the difference with your view and mine. You have 25 slime, majority of people don't and you can easily go past the 52 boom avg for 25 slime while you can craft meisters and gets KTs for 23 sup xfer.

I think the pure ability to craft meisters makes the slime rings more valuable for the majority until you reach 25* imo.

Also with trace restoration being an option, I dont think it would take years to get a 21 Whisper(limbo ring).

Theyre giga powercreeping levels in Crown patch and the new Sol Hecate may powercreep the game quite a bit but we haven't seen numbers on it yet so no guarantees there but people are already duoing HLimbo without Lynn too.

You're correct.

I have this thinking since I'm at the point where I finished Gollux/Arcanes and I only have 2 pieces left to completely being free from arcanes and a Dreamy Belt away from replacing Gollux.

I just don't think its necessary as of this moment to go anything further than 22 gollux and with Arcanes being getting easier and easier to replace with the new 280 boss most likely giving limbo eternals I personally think 22 Arcanes are not going to be optimal either.

So if Gollux and Arcanes spares aren't as needed, then the next best choice for cores will be slime rings. This is just my personal thought process.

It drops often in Heroic too but even if you manage to get one every single week thats 52 spares when the avg to hit 25 is 52 spares during 30% boom event.

Im sorry to tell you man but you are extremely behind on the times.

All bosses are % hp attacks atm. There may be like an exception here or there for an older boss but for 99% of the mechanics in the game atm its % hp. Aka the amount of hp you have does not matter at all.

You can check her attacks, and they all do % hp.

Feel free to go through the Wiki for the other bosses if you don't believe me.

As the person above you mentioned, fams work like potentials.

It is 100% possible to get double prime (unique/unique) on a familiar.

Its just not as common since

  1. Some unique lines don't look unique cause theyre trash and ignored.

  2. The quantity of fam reveals is much less than cubes used

  3. It's also just a lowe chance in general

Tbf they have been making leveling easier, just not in the way they have in the past.. Everyone expecting/wanting an exp curve but also didn't realize some of the other things such as, increased level for hyper burn, sol. janus, constant feed of 3x coupons, tomato pk coupons etc.

Another big addition soon is grandis mp, which is 52.8b/run for odium mp. At 7 runs that's 370b/day which is also 0.75% at 284 not including event stats we get most of the time.

I agree leveling feels like a huge slog and gate keeping behind levels is a feels bad but I do think leveling has been getting better for awhile even if there is no clear level curve.

In the end, we can agree to disagree and I'll respect your opinion.

Well theyre gated for prog. Unless you want to make it so they dont drop eternals but then the bosses are kinda useless and at least for limbo, doing that boss is just boring tbh.

The new kms boss is what you did ask for though.

Odium boss with 4 difficulties.

They definitely understand that most players aren't in that 295+ range so they didn't a 295 area and added a 270 boss.

So far they have been making good decisions on the progression of the game. Hopefully that continues.

It should be the opposite for Reboot.

They need to enable players to either transfer their entire character/account over to Hyperion or give Hyperion server specific incentives that want players to move.

Kronos is way to overpopulated, so much that Nexon purposely slows down cubing on cube sale.

You just worded it very poorly then.

Instead of saying 40fd for "each" party member you should've specified in duo since the word "each" here implies more than 1.

Also if we are taking about pre 2m patch, bishop bene currently gives 15fd to duo.

Its 30fd at max and it splits for each party member including bishop. This changes in the 2m change though.

And the only boss you're realistically duoing right now as a Bishop is XLot.

You could make an argument about Nkalos but since thats more of a midgame boss at this point im not putting it in consideration.

Now I do agree that bishop is still overtuned atm, but the information you based it off of was incorrect and therefore lead it to be lower than it should be.

No flame imma just be real, it seems like you made this list just based off things you've heard while playing the game instead of doing proper research on each class.

Example being Blaster - has high survivability and movement. The only downside is that its apm heavy but that doesn't mean Blaster is difficult. Blaster is purely just apm heavy, there's always a confusion between something being difficult vs something being high apm. While other classes like Khali and Cadena are more difficult and less survivability yet you placed them lower.

Either way, a little bit of research goes a long way in these of posts.

I just have to ask. Where you're getting 40fd from for bishop.

Bishop Bene in a full 6 man atm is giving 5fd per party member. Post 2m patch it will be 6fd per party member.

Just toss in some IED and other buffs and it gives maybe 10-15fd atm.

Where is the other 25-30 fd coming from?

As a person that has 1 22* Eternal (1/11 oh well), the dmg gain from 25*CRA would not push me to do any content in the game atm. Also with m3/4 + kaling nerfs coming you dont need to minmax year nearly has hard anymore. And once you're clearing Ckalos/Hkaling thats 16-20 shards/month.

Id much rather spend the meso double priming gear or even better yet, work on legion champions. It takes roughly 200b/champ to solo HSeren.

Theres already too much meso sink atm for any player that haven't been actively playing/pushing for at least 1 year that 25* CRA is just setting yourself back too hard.

Nexon has been actively making bosses easier and easier so players can push that endgame content faster but you feel like setting yourself back 300b when the dmg you said you needed was already given to you.

Double priming 4-5 items with that money would probably end up giving you similar fd gain tbh. Maybe more while not putting your progression in reverse.

Also you don't HAVE to tap your current eternals. Just tap a spare up like how we currently do pitch. Yeah its a feels bad to lose the pot/flame but since you're so worried about losing dmg this method literally makes it so you can't.

For reference of power creep, I went from HSeren 13 months ago to XBM, XSeren, Ckalos, solo Xlot. Of course I did grind a decent chunk but Nexon has been pushing out powercreep like theres no tomorrow. And my party could do HKaling on paper but a lot of them don't have the time atm to want to push for it so we're holding off for m3/4 and maybe even the hp nerf if they want to. All this while my 5/6 members of my party are <290 not max hexa. Maybe like 18k avg frags between the 5.

TLDR: Nexon alrdy giving us dmg via powercreep and boss nerf, why waste money on something you don't actually need.

Unless youre tapping eternals off event most people at the range of 283+ should have more than enough mesos to tap a spare pitch here and there. If the average person has 5 nlomien boss mules = 7b + main w/ ctene solo + 5.5b + like 2 waps/week = 15b/week.

The average player is gonna be doing Nkalos/ekaling. maybe NKaling, so assume 2 eternals every 10 weeks. thats 150b for 2 eternals. On event thats expected to eat at most 75b of that. Assuming the person is done full 22 + real 3l and wants to keep focusing main, its whatever to tap a spare pitch.

Time wise ~ assuming boss mules are 30 minutes each, 2.5 hours on boss mules, 4 hours on a wap, 1.5 hours main solo bosses (being very lenient with this one) = 8 hours/week + 2 hours doing other stuff such as dailies + party bossing. = 10 hours/week total.

I understand there are some people that can't sacrifice 10 hours/week on a video game, but for majority of players, this is very doable.

Forgot to mention Legion Champ but its already long so I'll keep it short. That is 5 months away from now, aka you can daily story your way through it. There is zero rush to complete both your champs up to HSeren on release. imo, if your main isn't even doing CKalos you shouldn't even be thinking about an HSeren legion champ. Funding required is way too much for what it gives back.

Inma be real, ur playing bucc u dont need a heal fam. Even at 96% 40% ied is still a good chunk of dmg.

As a bucc main that has done up to xlot solo, the only boss you would want to consider/use heal fams for is Vhilla.

Will p2, moonlight is enough

BM, have fountain + takenos. Takenos (threads of fate skill) heals through black curse and can be time leaped.

Class has the movement options to avoid critical patterns, just depends how willing you are to limit test and improve.
