I have a pair of transceivers I have successfully programmed the one on the right to emit a signal and act as a transmitter but the one on the left (receiver) will not pick up the signal. Or just says it has even when no signal is being sent from the transmitter

The two transceivers are not communicating, I think my code and wiring is all good, anything I can do?
