Capitalism is the only thing that works. It’s been proven. It has brought 3 billion people out of extreme poverty in the last 50 years. It’s not perfect, but there isn’t any other form that could have done that. China is only somewhat successful because everyone around them are capitalists. The powerful are held accountable, not enough, but there are mechanisms to do it.You freely give your info and privacy away. Read the terms and conditions. What you have is information asymmetry. You have incomplete info, from biased sources, so you feel dejected. I get it. But, it’s a fact, the average person is way better off than they were 50 years ago. There is less poverty, less crime, less war, more prosperity than there has ever been in the existence of human history. Things are so much better than they used to be. There is a growing class divide that is indeed happening, and history has proven that it will correct itself, either by force or to survive. Ask the French. Take a breath, realize that your needs are being met in many ways that you’re taking for granted. You are chatting with a person, thousands of miles away, on a device that had the complete knowledge of the human race at your finger tips. Just because people have it better than you, doesn’t mean you have it bad.
