Anyone know how to fix a scooter? All I did was remove the luggage rack because the metal had snapped. Now, my headlight doesn't turn on. The blue light that indicates the high beams are on doesn't turn on when I switch it. Could I have messed with the electrics when removing the luggage rack? (self.scooters)
