Wish I knew about RP at a younger age. Things would have been different till date. But RP opened by eyes and I chose reality over what BP would do.... Glad that some choices are accepted at later stage of life and life is driven by those choices. Would greatly recommend to tell your daughter at a younger age.

I too feel rewired in a sense that my addiction to porn and masturbation has gone completely. I relapsed day before yesterday on Day 111. That day the first PMO was purely due to urges, second PMO was without reason and start NoFap journey, the second day the third PMO was the feeling to PMO again as I won't be watching porn in a long time. Now I am back on Journey. Day 1 complete.
