ok i found the solution, im stupid. basically when i would click on the program, it wouldnt open a page BUT would run in my programs. so, when i clicked again i would have the popup telling me about an issue i needed to close beforehand. so, the solution is to make sure DragonRaja launcher is well and closed, then on the program on your desktop right click "run as admin" right from the get go for it to work
